1. Service Description

Only Hounds provides greeting card services including free ecards and paid physical greeting cards.

2. Pricing

• Ecards: Free
• Physical cards (sent to you): £3.99
• Physical cards (direct to recipient): £4.99

3. Refunds

Physical card orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund. Once cards are sent to print, refunds are not available.

4. Delivery

Physical cards are typically delivered within 5-7 business days within the UK. Ecards are sent immediately or at your scheduled time.
