UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail First or Second Class, which means no tracking number (sorry!), but it keeps costs down for you.

Absolutely! Enter the recipient's address when ordering and we'll send it straight to them. Perfect for surprising a fellow sighthound owner.

Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or refund — no questions asked. We want you (and your sighthound card recipient) to be happy.

You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel or make changes. After that, orders go to production and cannot be modified (our printers work fast!).

We offer Standard (A6 - 105x148mm), Large (A5 - 148x210mm), and Giant (A4 - 210x297mm) cards. All come with matching envelopes. The Giant size is perfect for making a statement (or hiding the fact you forgot a birthday until the last minute).

Our cards are printed on sustainably sourced 324gsm Mohawk superfine card stock with HP Indigo ink. Basically, they feel as premium as your sighthound thinks they are.

Yes! If you are ordering to yourself, every physical card comes with a matching natural envelope. If you are ordering for delivery directly to the recipient then it will not come with a spare envelope (we assume they have their own stationery drawer).

Choose a design, add your personalised message, and we'll email a beautiful ecard to your recipient. You can schedule it for a specific date and time — great for organised people (or procrastinators who want to look organised).

Yes! Our ecards are completely free. Send as many as you like. Think of them as a way to test our designs before committing to a physical card — or as a lifesaver when you've forgotten a birthday until the morning of.

Yes, you need to create a free account and verify your email address to send ecards. This helps us prevent spam (because nobody wants their inbox filled with random sighthound cards... actually, that does not sound too bad).

Yes! Choose any date and time up to 12 months in advance. We'll send it automatically, so you can look thoughtful and organised without actually having to remember.

Our cards are created by talented independent artists who specialise in sighthound artwork. Our debut collection is by Snootography, a UK-based artist who actually owns sighthounds. Visit our Artists page to learn more about them and why they draw what they draw.

Absolutely not. Every card is hand-drawn by a real artist. We believe sighthounds have too much personality to be captured by an algorithm. The specific way a whippet tilts its head when judging you? That requires human observation (and human experience of being judged by a whippet).

We don't currently offer custom designs, but we're always adding new artwork. If you have a specific idea - perhaps your lurcher's signature 'I want dinner' expression - let us know and we might add it to our list!

Yes! We have dedicated collections for Whippets (elegant speed demons), Greyhounds (retired athletes), Lurchers (mysterious mixes), and Italian Greyhounds (tiny aristocrats). Each breed has their own personality, and our cards reflect that.

Our images are copyrighted and can only be used on cards purchased from us. Please don't download or reproduce them. The artists work hard to capture the unique chaos of sighthound life — let's respect that.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout.

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing and never store your card details on our servers. Your data is as secure as a greyhound on a sofa they have claimed as their own.

Sign in to your account to view your orders. Due to using Royal Mail First or Second Class, we cannot provide tracking numbers. But most UK orders arrive within 3-5 working days, and if they do not, just contact us and we will sort it out.

Yes, contact us and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. No hard feelings — though we will be sad to see you go!
